Happy Sunday, friends! I seriously cannot believe tomorrow is August 1st!!! Holy cow where has the time gone?! My summer is almost gone and I'll be off to grad school in 2 1/2 weeks, which is kinda scary and kind of exciting! Today I wore this cute sleeveless burgundy blouse with a pencil skirt and some flats! A very effortless, business professional outfit that is perfect for church or work! I love dressing up, so this was a fun outfit to put together! I'm also wearing my gorgeous rose gold Citizen watch and my rose gold/silver initial necklace from an Etsy shop! I'll have everything linked below as usual! Happy August!!!!

Happy Sunday, friends! Today I wore my gorgeous floral dress from Hazel & Olive Boutique! Unfortunately, this particular dress is not available anymore, BUT, I will have the same style dress with a different (but still absolutely adorable) patterns and I'll also have a short version of my maxi dress with the exact same pattern linked below. This maxi dress can be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder. Below, I have styled it with my favorite jean jacket and below that, I wore it on the shoulder. I love how flowy and light it is! It can be a little see-through, but with the proper undergarments, there is not issue! I love this dress so much!!! I highly suggest you check out Hazel&Olive! OOTD 7/18

Well, today was a fun day of meeting up with my old trumpet professor and another trumpet friend of mine! It's been great to be back at my old school for a few days, because I know it'll be a while to I get to come back!

Good evening friends! I hope you're all doing well! Here is what I wore to church today! I love this adorable peasant top from Bella Ella Boutique! Styling Graphic Tees

I love graphic tees, but sometimes it's hard to figure out how to dress them up or make them look cute! So I've compiled some outfit inspiration pictures and where to purchase similar articles of clothing in order to recreate a similar look!  I hope you enjoy this post! The first look takes a simple plaid shirt and makes it edgy by adding pleather jeggings along with the tee. Add red lipstick to look edgy and chic!

The second look is a great one for events. A fun, colorful pleated sequin midi skirt will add the wow-factor to the outfit and the simple worded tee will add a little lightheartedness to the ensemble.

The third outfit is great for school or a casual work day. Take a denim jacket and throw it on over your tee, pair with cropped slacks and finish with some fun leopard print flats or slip-ons.

The fourth look is a comfortable outfit to wear to class but it still looks put together. Take a simple cardigan and layer it over your tee. Spice the outfit up with a fun necklace and some patterned flats.

The fifth and final outfit is great to wear to work or church. Take a white boyfriend blazer and pair it with black jeggings and a grey tee. Then add some fun colorful shoes and a crystal statement necklace to add some fun to the look.

Oh my gosh, who else loves Kirkland's?! I'm obsessed now. We just walked into one while we were walking along the Branson Landing and it was AMAZING. Storms and Sushi

Good morning/afternoon friends! I hope you all are doing well! I have had to sneak outside in between rain showers to try to take an outfit picture! I am so excited/nervous for tonight because my boyfriend and his family have been bugging me to try sushi for a really long time; basically all 3 years of us dating! So tonight, Joshua and his mom are taking me to their favorite sushi place tonight and I'll have my first experience! I hope I like it! I am not a huge fish fan as it is, so we'll see how this goes! If I hate it, there's always pizza roles in the freezer when we get back, ammi right?!

One trend that I've been absolutely over the moon about lately is the wedge trend! I love cork and espadrille wedges! I think they are so summer-y and fun to wear! They're cool since they're a type of sandal and they're edgy because of the heel! Flea Markets and Floral

Good afternoon ladies! I apologize for not posting much here on my blog lately. I had been trying to post around once or twice a day, but hey, I'm on vacation! I have been having a blast with my family and can't wait to see my boyfriend soon! He and I live 5 hour apart and since I'm about to go to grad school in a different state, we are going to be in a long distance relationship for around 4-5 months out of every year until we finish our degrees. He's worth it, though. Tonight we are going to see a rock show put on by a cover band and then we are going to meet some dear friends at a cafe tomorrow! I have found so many neat finds at all of the flea markets and antique shops here in Branson and I am so excited to share what I've found with you all! (Hint: I'm a huge fan of oldTupperware and CorningWare!)

DIY Organizational Binder/Planner

Hello friends! As promised, here is my blog post about how I made my organizational binder! I'm about to start grad school in August and since I'll be living on my own, I'll be trying to keep track of all expenses in an organized way. So, I simply took an old binder I had and got on Pinterest to find some adorable planner print outs! I'll link the ones I used below! Being organized helps you to get things done more efficiently and meet goals more quickly! Add some loose leaf paper to jot down notes. You definitely need a weekly planner sheet to keep you organized! See the links above to print out these adorable rainbow sheets!

Add a cute piece of motivational art as the cover page of your binder. This will remind you why you started this binder and what your goals are!

Always set goals for yourself. You can see mine are rather varied, but they're all goals nonetheless!

This one is pretty self explanatory, but printing out an overall budget sheet really keeps you accountable with your spending and makes you stay within your budget.

If you're buying your own groceries and you'll be busy like myself, meal planning will really save the day for you!

Keeping up a weekly grocery list really helps with meal planning. Hang this sheet on the fridge each week and as you need groceries, jot them down and take this sheet with you to the grocery store!

This is optional, but if you're a blogger like me, adding in a few blogging schedule sheets are great to have since they keep you organized with your posts.
